Commodore Club - Blueberry Surprises

Commodore Club, one of the coolest new spots in town, tucked inside the stunning new Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab residences. If you haven’t been yet, Marsa Al Arab is Dubai’s newest ultra-luxury address, right next to the iconic Burj Al Arab. Think of breathtaking beach clubs, sleek design, and some of the city’s most exciting new restaurants.

And Commodore Club? It’s got that retro-cool, yacht-club vibe. Dark woods, leather chairs & soft lighting. It feels exclusive but relaxed, stylish without trying too hard. And the menu? Just as good. We went there for a late breakfast on the weekend and started with some delicious iced lattes. Oh—and let’s talk about the pancakes. I ordered the ones with warm blueberry compote. They were delicious, but the hot blueberries exploded all over my dress. Unfortunately because of the stress I forgot to take fun pictures of the crime scene. Luckily, the manager was amazing and arranged dry cleaning through the Marsa Al Arab concierge. The next day, my dress was delivered to my home spotless. Now that’s service! It seems like they also adjusted the dish on their menu. Probably they serve the blueberries cold now.
